Eforthink has developed a professional Printing and Dyeing Scheduling & Logistics Tracking System based on its high-precision positioning system for this large printing and dyeing factory, specifically designed to optimize intelligent logistics management. 

Eforthink’s vehicle positioning system has broken the limitations of traditional mine management, empowering the mine in safety risk prevention, emergency disposal and vehicle management, realizing the dual upgrade of safety and efficiency, and providing a replicable model for mining intelligent transformation.

Facing urgent needs to improve material management efficiency, reduce manual searching time, and prevent material loss, the client partnered with eforthink. Together, we built a high-precision material positioning system tailored specifically for cleanroom operations. This initiative aims to achieve refined material management and a comprehensive upgrade in operational efficiency.

The project adopts eforthink’s integrated solution, combining outdoor high-precision RTK with indoor UWB technology. Through the strategic deployment of base stations and positioning tags, the solution achieves full-range, centimeter-level positioning for assets and vehicles across the entire park. This fully meets the park’s rigorous accuracy requirements for asset management and vehicle scheduling. Furthermore, the system's flexible deployment adapts to the park's complex layout, ensuring there are no blind spots in coverage.

To deliver reliable UWB forklift collision prevention for large-scale logistics operations, Eforthink partnered with a leading e-commerce ecosystem to deploy a high-performance UWB forklift anti-collision warning system for its 30,000㎡ overseas warehouse—a critical logistics hub supporting regional e-commerce operations that processes a large volume of orders daily. With intense forklift traffic and constant personnel movement across the large warehouse space, the risk of collisions was prominent, threatening personnel safety and disrupting warehouse workflows. This urgent challenge drove the client to seek reliable forklift personnel collision prevention solutions that could integrate seamlessly into its high-volume operational rhythm without compromising efficiency.

A leading automotive enterprise has established a vehicle production base in Indonesia. To enhance production efficiency and process stability, the enterprise has adopted advanced practices from its domestic facilities and implemented a complete eforthink UWB-based tightening tool positioning management system. This same system has also been deployed at the enterprise’s Brazilian and Hungarian factories, confirming the reliability of this UWB positioning solution in global automotive manufacturing environments.
