PROJECT BACKGROUND
The customer is a world-renowned German automobile brand famous for luxury and high performance, with its headquarters located in Stuttgart, Germany. Its products include various passenger cars, medium and large commercial vehicles, etc. To solve the problem of vehicle process visualization, the brand’s China plant has built a high-precision vehicle positioning system with the support of Eforthink.

Eforthink provides a professional vehicle positioning system tailored for the automobile factory, focusing on high-precision positioning and process visualization to solve the core pain points of vehicle process management.
Core Technology
Adopts UWB high-precision positioning technology to realize 30cm-level positioning of factory vehicles, ensuring accurate and real-time positioning of each vehicle.

System Deployment
The project deploys a total of 220+ UWB base stations and 700+ vehicle positioning tags to build a full-coverage high-precision positioning network, realizing all-round real-time positioning of vehicles in the factory.
