PROJECT BACKGROUND
As a leading electric vehicle production base in Indonesia, the plant has a total investment of 1 billion US dollars and a planned annual production capacity of 150,000 units. To improve vehicle production efficiency and process stability, the plant has adopted advanced experience from its domestic plants and applied a complete set of Eforthink tightening tool positioning management system to locate the vehicle tightening tools in the plant. The same system has also been applied to the enterprise’s plants in Brazil and Hungary.

Eforthink provides a professional tightening tool positioning management system tailored for the enterprise’s overseas plants (Indonesia, Brazil, Hungary), focusing on high precision and process compatibility to meet the production needs of electric vehicle factories.
Core Technology
Adopts UWB high-precision positioning technology to achieve 30cm-level positioning of tightening tools, ensuring accurate and real-time tracking of each tool.
System Deployment
A total of 330+ UWB base stations and 100+ personnel positioning tags are deployed in the project to build a high-precision positioning network covering the entire plant.

High-Precision Real-Time Tool Tracking
Realizes high-precision real-time positioning of tightening tools, allows checking the location information of tightening tools at any time, and ensures that each tightening tool can be accurately tracked to prevent loss.
Process Error Prevention
Connects the tightening tool positioning data to the enterprise’s production system. When the tightening tool is not in the specified link of the process flow, it will automatically lock and cannot work, avoiding economic losses caused by wrong process due to taking the wrong tool.
