System Deployment

The project deployed a large number of UWB positioning base stations and material positioning tags. By constructing independent positioning cells and conducting multi-dimensional parameter debugging, a full-coverage and high-stability workshop positioning network was established. All material vehicles are bound with exclusive positioning information to realize accurate and comprehensive on-site positioning management.

Improve Work Order Circulation and Operational Efficiency

The UWB high-precision positioning system supports rapid location query of on-site material vehicles. It shortens the vehicle searching time per work order from 20 minutes to within 30 seconds, greatly accelerating work order circulation, eliminating inefficient manual searching, and ensuring efficient and stable production.

Enable Digital and Visual Workshop Management

The system enables real-time positioning and trajectory playback of material vehicles, facilitating refined workshop logistics management. It supports seamless data docking with MES and 3D visualization platforms to break data silos, achieving unified visual scheduling and integrated management. This standardizes on-site vehicle management and facilitates the digital and intelligent upgrading of factory operations.
