PROJECT BACKGROUND
As the official Grade A warehouse of an international e-commerce platform in Thailand, the warehouse has a self-operated overseas warehouse area of 30,000 square meters in Thailand and a daily order processing capacity of more than 60,000 orders. To reduce the incidence of collision accidents between forklifts and personnel, the warehouse has adopted Eforthink's forklift anti-collision warning system to improve the safety of on-site forklift management.

CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION
Eforthink provides a professional forklift anti-collision warning system tailored for the warehouse's high-intensity operation scenario, focusing on collision prevention and safety early warning to meet the safety management needs of on-site forklift operation in large-scale e-commerce warehouses.
Core Technology
The anti-collision distance measuring base station adopts UWB distance measuring technology, with a distance measuring accuracy of up to 10cm. The anti-collision distance measuring base station is equipped with a built-in acousto-optic alarm, which can effectively carry out distance early warning between forklifts and personnel and prevent person-vehicle collisions.

System Deployment
The project deploys a total of 50+ anti-collision distance measuring base stations and 200+ personnel tag cards to build a full-coverage anti-collision warning network, which can effectively cover the entire operation area of the warehouse and realize all-round collision warning protection.

Reduce Forklift-Personnel Collision Incidents
Real-time distance measurement is carried out between forklifts and personnel. When the distance is lower than the set value, an acousto-optic alarm prompt is issued, which effectively reminds the operator to take protective measures in time and reduces the incidence of person-vehicle collision accidents.
