Eforthink Forklift Collision Warning System is an independently developed UWB-based safety ranging system designed to prevent vehicle accidents through precise distance measurement alerts while enabling real-time accurate positioning of personnel and vehicles. With a positioning precision of up to 10cm, the system features high device capacity, robust multipath interference resistance, and low power consumption. 

It operates through two core components: ranging base stations installed on forklifts that actively initiate or respond to measurement requests with other stations and tags, and ranging tags worn by personnel that exclusively request proximity measurements with base stations. Users can configure customized safety distance thresholds between nodes (base stations and tags) via dedicated tools. When distances drop below preset limits, the system immediately triggers real-time audible and visual alarms to prevent collisions between objects, effectively addressing forklift safety challenges in industrial facilities.

Integrated UWB Positioning

This system has development function, where EHIGH UWB positioning system can be integrated. So anchors and tags also have a high-precision positioning function, through which the real-time location of forklifts and personnel and other functions based on location information (trajectory playback, electronic fence, video linkage, etc.) can be derived.
● Real-Time Positioning:  Accurately locates vehicles and personnel, enabling dynamic safety management.Operators and safety managers can track forklift and pedestrian locations in real time, reducing the risk of unexpected encounters.

Proximity Warning System

This system is advanced safety solutions that help prevent pedestrian-forklift collisions by detecting nearby workers, equipment, or other forklifts. 
Anchors and tags measure distance with nearby anchors, but tags don't measure each other. The safe distance between each device (anchor/tag) can be configured through the configuration tool. When the distance is less than the safe distance, the system will send real-time audible and light alarm.
Sensors detect pedestrians in areas where operators have limited visibility.Early alerts give both operators and workers time to react,reducing the risk of unexpected encounters.

Dual Monitoring: Tracks distances between vehicles (base-to-base) and vehicles/personnel (base-to-tag).
