UWB Dongle Module EH100607M01-M1 for Precision Positioning - Top China Suppliers & Factory for Ranging Solutions

Introducing the Eforthink UWB Dongle module, model EH100607M01-M1, a cutting-edge solution for precise position sensing developed in China. This module supports FiRa and CCC protocols, operating within the 5/9 bands (6.0G~8.5G) according to the IEEE 802.15.4™-2015 standard. Utilizing TOF/TDOA technology, it achieves centimeter-level positioning accuracy. Measuring just 72.0x20.0x1.0mm, this dongle connects via USB, requires a power supply of 4.5-5.5V, and consumes ≤150mA of current. Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 60℃ (with a storage capacity of -40℃ to 85℃), it offers an unobstructed range of up to 100 meters, a data rate of 6.8M/7.8Mbps, and a sensitivity of ≤-95dbm (PRF64M config). Ideal for high-precision ranging applications, this product ensures reliable performance in industrial environments. As a trusted supplier and manufacturer from China, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products that meet the demands of our customers in various sectors.

Timing Diagram of Host Sending Commands (CMD) to Module
The following order should be followed:
    • The host sets SS to the active state.
    • The host should check whether there is an INT request during this period.
    • If there is an INT request during this period, the host should postpone sending the command and receive a notification from the module.
    • The module prepares the SPI peripheral for subsequent operations.
    • The module activates RDY to notify the host that data transmission can start.
    • After the data transmission is completed, the host deactivates SS.
    • The module waits for SS to be deactivated.
    • The module ends receiving and deactivates RDY.
Timing Diagram of Module Sending Responses (RSP) and Notifications (NTF) to Host
The following order should be followed:
    • The module prepares SPI and pushes INT to the active state.
    • The host is triggered when INT is activated.
    • The module waits for SS to be activated.
    • The host sets SS to the active state and performs SPI transmission.
    • In order to determine the length of the response, the host can first receive the first four bytes including the UCI header and length information.
    • Then the host can read the remaining bytes.
    • The host shall not revoke SS between two SPI transmissions.
    • Or, the host can transmit the maximum UCI packet length.
    • Once the SS line is activated, the module takes the data as subsequent SPI transmissions and ignores the incoming data.
    • When the data transmission is completed, the INT line is deactivated.
    • The host should wait for the INT line to be deactivated before releasing the SS line to avoid a race condition.
